You determine the price

The cost of the log house shell is based on the overall length in metres of the logs used and the number of corner joints. So it basically depends on the size and form of house you wish to build, and what configuration level you require. A sketch and brief description are all we need to compile an initial cost estimate for your project. The final price is defined following the planning stages.

On the whole, it costs approximately the same to build a log home as it does to be build a brick house.
