In the first draft, our log-home architect plans out your wishes and visions on paper. These first sketches then undergo feasibility testing and a first cost calculation is performed. Once all of your requirements have been accommodated, detailed plans are drawn up using CAD.
When the plan has been drafted, the application plan is drawn up, including all floor plans, sections and views. The application folders are produced in triplicate – including detailed drawings if desired, e.g. for the base joint or roof structure.
In accordance with the planning approval requirements, we then issue the proof of stability, heat requirement calculations, and fire protection certificate.
